Hello,

I’m Soha Saad. For nearly two decades, I’ve been on a journey through the world of international education. I have had the pleasure of working in international schools in Egypt, Oman, and now in Germany. Each experience has deepened my love for what I do and strengthened my goal of nurturing open-minded and curious learners.

Along the way, I’ve worn a few hats. I’ve been a PYP teacher, an Early Years Coordinator, a PYP Coordinator, and a PYP Head. In my role, I got to work closely with fellow educators, sharing ideas and finding new ways to make learning exciting and meaningful for our students.

One thing that I’m really passionate about is supporting PYP coordinators in empowering an engaging learning environments. I’ve been fortunate to guide and support many schools and coordinators as they’ve embraced the PYP approach in my role as an IB Consultant. It’s always a joy seeing schools transform and flourish with the PYP framework.

A continuous thread that runs through my career is my commitment to creating educational spaces that emphasize growth and inclusivity. Leading IB workshops on topics such as “Making the PYP Happen; Implementing Agency”, “Play-Based Learning”, “Creating a Curriculum For Transdisciplinary Learning”, “Evidencing Learning”, and “The Role Of The Coordinator” has always been about collaborating with fellow educators to enhance our shared pursuit of meaningful learning experiences.

In recent years, I’ve continued this work through coaching, facilitation, and collaborative planning. If you’re interested in that side of what I do, feel free to visit the Services page to learn more.
